“My first home selling experience was a ten-month nightmare. The second time, I did it right. Kim came recommended to me by a retired agent who said “I would trust her with my life.” I interviewed potential listing agents, and Kim was the best prepared. I explained to her that I wanted to be in contract in two days, with the home priced and prepared so as to achieve this. She laid out a plan, including the things I needed to do before listing. As luck would have it, we had a minor water disaster one week before listing. By myself, I could never have gotten the house back in marketable order in such a short time, but Kim pointed me to the right contractors. When they hear her name, they don’t mess around.
