“My first home selling experience was a ten-month nightmare. The second time, I did it right. Kim came recommended to me by a retired agent who said “I would trust her with my life.” I interviewed potential listing agents, and Kim was the best prepared. I explained to her that I wanted to be in contract in two days, with the home priced and prepared so as to achieve this. She laid out a plan, including the things I needed to do before listing. As luck would have it, we had a minor water disaster one week before listing. By myself, I could never have gotten the house back in marketable order in such a short time, but Kim pointed me to the right contractors. When they hear her name, they don’t mess around. In the end, we only had to delay listing for three days, which is incredible after having to replace a whole bathroom floor with no notice. I did everything she directed, and Kim held up her end.
